Ingrediente:
- Carne taiata fasii 1kg Meat cut stripes
- Lipii 15buc Wraps/tortilla
- Fajita dressing 3 linguri /Tsp Fajitta dressing
- Sos guacamole 200g Guacamole
- Salsa de rosii 200g Mexican Salsa
- Ceapa julienne gros 300g Onion wedges
- Ardei julienne gros 300g Bellpepper cut wedges
- Usturoi tocat 10 catei Garlic cloves choped
- Ulei de masline 100ml Olive oil
- Sare Salt
- Piper Pepper
Preparare:
Se prajeste carnea
in ulei incins, cand este 1/3 gata se adauga si restul de ingrediente si se
prajeste pana ce carnea este prajita complet dar legumele sunt inca tari.
Se pune in mijlocul a cate un wrap cantitatea
dorita de carne amestec si se roteste formandu-se cate un wrap. Se poate adauga
de asemenea salata proaspata, guacamole, salsa si cascaval in compozitie inainte de a fi rulate. Sau se poate servii direct in farfurie cu guacamole, salsa si tortilla alaturi.
The meat is fried in the hot oil , when it is ready 1/3 add the rest of ingredients and fry them until the meat is ready and the veg are stil a little fresh.
You arrange a couple of spoonful's of meat in the middle of a wrap and start to roll them. you can add in it lettuce, salsa guacamole and cheese grated before you roll them. Or you can serve them hot in a skillet plate with salsa guacamole and tortilla separate.
