ingredientele in afara de lamaie si sfecla se curata, se spala apoi se taie cuburi sau se da pe razatoarea mare. Sfecla se spala, se fierbe in coaja, se raceste, se curata si se da se ea pe razatoare. Lamaia se taie in doua si se extrage sucul.
Ceapa, varza, ardeii si vita se soteaza in putin ulei incins
sau unt. Cand incepe ceapa sa devina aurie se adauga supa de vita si/sau apa
si se da in clocot pana ce carnea este pe jumatate fiarta. Apoi se adauga
restul de igrediente si se fierb impreuna pana ce toate sunt fierte. Se da
gustul cu sare, piper si sucul de lamaie.
Se serveste fierbinte cu partrunjel
sau leustean deasupra si se poate adauga si iaurt dupa gust.
All the ingredients except lemon and beetroot are, cleaned. washed and than cutted cubes or grated over the big grater. Beetroot is washed, boiled in skin and than cooled and grated as well. Lemon its cut in halves and the juice is squeezed in a cup/bowl.
Onion, cabbage, bell peppers are sorted in a lil bit oil or butter. When the onion start to get brownish the stock is poured in and/or the water and it is brought to a hard boil until the meat it is half cooked.the rest of ingredients are added than and they boiled together until they all boiled thru. The taste is set with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
It is served with fresh parsley cut over it and yogurt .
